Updates to our Online Use Terms to further clarify that all parties who utilize our website and/or Products do so in compliance with the new requirements of the GDPR.
Updates to our privacy policy to make it clear how one can contact RCA for matters regarding their personal data, including the right to be forgotten and individual data access requests.
RCA complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States. RCA has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. And while not a strict requirement of GDPR, we have also completed our Privacy Shield certification to ensure that we comply with EU, UK and Swiss requirements for the processing of your personal data.
